Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Cavite, Philippines seeks a full-time Planning and Scheduling lead to optimize load plans, monitor capacity, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing, IE, SCM, Engg, and Purchasing to maintain accurate WIP and inventory data, while driving cycle-time improvements. Responsibilities include daily loading plans, capacity utilization, and proactive issue escalation to meet customer metrics and OTD goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling processes.
• Ability to monitor capacity and align schedules with tooling limitations.
• Strong communication with operations, IE, SCM and eng teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate effective load plan that will yield high OEE and high equipment efficiency.
• Monitor daily start schedule and ensure alignment to machine/tooling capacity and limitations.
• Validate capacity declared versus actual performance of manufacturing
• Review weekly commit and highlight issues supporting customer requirements/metrics.
• Assess current week volume upside/pull ins/expedites.
• Act as a member of Daily Cell Huddle.
• Provide daily die inventory (WIP + die avail) and in-transit information / unloaded dice.
• Track hot lots / lines down / critical lots.
• Provide daily loading plan and capacity utilization.
• WIP build up inventory / WIP Surge / WIP Bubble.
• Identify potential issues affecting cycle time / OTD / shipment goals.
• Support manufacturing in cycle time reduction.
• Pro-actively communicate to internal customer any potential eWB (OTD) delinquencies.
• Provide look ahead and analyze incoming inventory (≥2 weeks) to foresee line issues.
• Assess manufacturing work schedule based on die availability and critical requirements.
• Monitor output for critical products/areas daily.
• Coordinate with Mfg Staff, IE, CV CSR, Scm, Eng'g, Purchasing, Staff/Mgt on loading issues.
• Obtain accurate reports of manufacturing indices (eWB, Delinquency, WIP Situation).
• Update Planning Profile as needed.

• Potential issue that may affect the cycle time / OTD / shipment goal
• Support manufacturing in cycle time reduction.
• Pro-actively communicate to internal customer any potential issue in eWB (OTD) and delinquencies.
• Provide look ahead and analyze incoming inventory (at least 2 weeks demand) that will cause potential line issues.
• Assess manufacturing work schedule based on die availability and critical requirements.
• Provide daily monitoring of output for critical products/area.
• Coordinates with the concerned groups (e.g. Mfg Staff, IE, CV CSR, Scm , Eng'g , Purchasing, Staff/Mgt) any issues that impacts loading.
• Responsible for obtaining accurate reports of manufacturing indices (eWB, Delinquency, WIP Situation)
• Responsible to update Planning Profile

Performs other function as may be assigned from time to time by superiors.
