Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a graduate-level professional to join our planning team in the Philippines. The role focuses on developing and maintaining capacity models for testers, handlers, probers, and manufacturing, and translating forecasts into actionable capacity plans.

You will work with Global Planning, SCM, and product lines to identify bottlenecks, perform scenario analysis, and monitor capacity utilization to balance demand and supply.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tester, handler, prober, and manufacturing capacity models.
  • Review demand forecasts and translate them into resource requirements.
  • Perform weekly capacity analysis and identify bottlenecks.
  • Support forecasting and supply commitment reviews.
  • Maintain planning databases and capacity assumptions.
  • Coordinate with Global Planning, SCM, Product Lines, and ASE Operations.
  • Conduct resource loading analysis and scenario planning.
  • Monitor capacity utilization and recommend balancing actions.
  • Support NPI, transfer, resiliency, and expansion programs through capacity assessments.
  • Track execution against plan and highlight demand-supply gaps.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Maintain KPI dashboards and planning metrics.
