Job summary

Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Digitization Associate to join our Ortigas-based team in Pasig City. You will handle end-to-end digitization tasks, including grooming, scanning, indexing, and QA indexing, while ensuring data quality in MS Excel.

The role requires strong typing (35 WPM), solid MS Office skills, and the ability to handle confidential documents. We welcome both male and female candidates who can work on-site.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business course or at least 3rd year college.
• With Analytical Skills
• With at least 35 WPM Typing Speed
• Knowledgeable in MS Office especially MS Excel
• With Background in handling confidential Documents
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Male/Female

Responsibilities

• Perform end to end process in digitization from Grooming, Scanning, Indexing, and QA Indexing
• Validate and Process data in MS Excel
• Prepare Daily Productivity Report
• Comply with the DPA, house rules and other policy in the operations
• Escalates for any error encountered in processing the documents
• Perform other tasks given by the immediate supervisor
