Job summary

LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc. (LBF) is seeking an Organizational Performance Specialist (IMP) to consolidate and validate performance data for the Ikabuhi Microfinance Program (IMP) within the zone.

The role includes providing PMS orientation for newly regularized or promoted staff and coordinating department and staff concerns related to PMS-IMP. The ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST will support management with accurate reports and drive performance analytics across the IMP.

Qualifications

• The OPS consolidates and validates IMP performance data and documents.
• PMS orientation for newly regularized/promoted staff.
• Coordination of department/staff concerns related to PMS-IMP.

Job Summary

The Organizational Performance Specialist (OPS) is responsible for the consolidation and validation of the entire performance data and documents of Ikabuhi Microfinance Program (IMP) in the zone) to provide the management factual information and which ensures accurate and comprehensive reports. The OPS is also responsible for the Performance Management System (PMS) orientation for newly regularized/promoted staff; and coordination/ communication of all department/staff concerns with relation to PMS-IMP.

Required Qualifications

• A graduate of any four 4-year Business related course preferably BS Business Administration or BS Psychology.
• At least 2-year experienced in HR
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
