Job summary
MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking an Organization Development Manager to lead initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and culture. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to drive change management, capability building, and continuous improvement across the organization.
The OD Manager will design strategies, manage organizational change, develop learning programs, drive culture efforts, and support workforce
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years of OD/HR experience.
- Strong change management, talent development, and HR strategy background.
- Experience facilitating workshops and organizational assessments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with employee engagement tools and OD frameworks is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design OD strategies aligned with business goals and review organizational structure.
- Lead change management initiatives and develop engagement plans.
- Develop learning programs, identify skill gaps, and support leadership coaching.
- Drive culture initiatives and analyze engagement results for action plans.
- Partner with HR and senior leaders to execute OD initiatives and workshops.
- Support workforce and succession planning; improve retention and productivity.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.

The Organization Development (OD) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and culture. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to drive change management, capability building, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Design and implement OD strategies aligned with business goals
- Review and improve organizational structure, roles, and workflows
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and capability assessments
- Support leadership in workforce planning and succession planning
- Lead and support change management initiatives across departments
- Develop change communication and engagement plans
- Assess change impact and implement mitigation strategiesCoach leaders on managing teams through transformation
- Design learning and development programs to build critical capabilities
- Identify skill gaps and recommend development interventions
- Support leadership development and coaching programs
- Collaborate with L&D teams on training strategy and execution
- Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience
- Lead engagement surveys and analyze results to identify action plans
- Partner with HR Business Partners to improve retention and engagement
- Promote values-based behaviors across the organization
- Support performance management framework design and improvements
- Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics and provide insights
- Recommend solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
- Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to execute OD initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and strategic discussions
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Organization Development, HR, or related field
- Strong background in change management, talent development, or HR strategy
- Experience facilitating workshops and organizational assessments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with employee engagement tools and OD frameworks is an advantage
