We are seeking a diligent and proactive OSS Business Operations Analyst with foreign language capabilities to join our diverse team.

This role will play a crucial part in facilitating business transactions within the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process, specifically focusing on Order Management, Transportation Operations, and Accounts Receivables.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and fluency in Bahasa.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Ensure timely and right-first-time order processing by reviewing and validating customer orders.

Job Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Job Qualifications Language Proficiency

Written and oral fluency in Bahasa.

Job Qualifications Experience

Familiarity with the Order to Cash process is desirable but not mandatory.
