Job Mandate: Processing of investments, asset transfer orders and inter-portfolio transfer orders.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of investments orders (buy, sell, maturities, pretermination).
• Encodes/Approves investments orders.
• Reviews compliance to investments orders processing requirements.
• Processing of asset transfer (incoming/outgoing).
• Encodes/Approves asset transfer orders.
• Reviews compliance to asset transfer order processing requirements.
• Processing of inter-portfolio transfer.

Others

• Prepares and Liaises with internal/external parties/examination/inquiries (ie Audit, Compliance, Regulatory).
• Monitor compliance to policies/guidelines/directives.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
• 3-5 years work experience in Trust, Wealth, Banking or any Financial Institution is an advantage
