Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 14–20 years in Oracle tech consulting or related field.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Prefer degrees in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Science.
• Oracle Cloud certification in relevant domains.
• Experience leading technology planning and business transformation.
• Experience with Oracle ADF and BI Publisher.

About the role

As an Oracle Director, you will lead the charge in utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies to optimize operational efficiency for our clients. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to enable seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will drive business growth, shape the direction of client engagements, and mentor the next generation of leaders. You will develop new ideas, solutions, and structures, promoting technological advances and creating an environment where people and technology thrive together. About you

• At least a Bachelor's degree

• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains

• Leading strategic technology planning and business transformation initiatives

• Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle BI Publisher
