Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks an Oracle HCM Director to lead consulting for Oracle HCM Cloud, Fusion HCM, and related tools. You will analyze client requirements, implement solutions, and train teams to ensure seamless integration across HR processes.

You will set strategic direction, mentor leaders, and drive client engagements while upholding PwC standards of quality and integrity in a collaborative, global environment.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree.
• 14 to 20 years of experience preferred.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications is essential.
• Leadership experience in HR transformations is highly valued.

As an Oracle HCM Director, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Workforce Technology - Oracle HCM practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, inspire others to follow, and drive business growth by shaping client engagements and mentoring future leaders. • Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to optimize human resources processes
• Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of Oracle HCM applications
• Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements
• Shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring future leaders within the organization
• Promoting technological advances and fostering environments where people and technology thrive together
• Developing new ideas and solutions to enhance talent management and strategic human resource planning
• Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level relations to maximize client satisfaction

What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 14 to 20 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
