Responsibilities

• Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions to optimize operational efficiency
• Analyzing client needs and implementing Oracle software solutions to support business transformation initiatives
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle technologies within client organizations
• Developing strategic technology plans to enhance the use of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Data Integration
• Guiding teams in process improvement and optimization to achieve strategic objectives
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify opportunities for Oracle application development and business intelligence enhancements
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within Oracle technology projects
• Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning to resolve challenges

In this role, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• Leveraging influence and skills in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
• Directing teams through complexity with composure and strategic questioning
• Excelling in storytelling and crafting engaging messages for clients

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
