PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Oracle Director to lead the Oracle technology consulting practice across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services. You will set strategic direction, manage multiple projects, and uphold PwC’s reputation with a focus on quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset.

You will drive business growth, mentor leaders, and collaborate across the PwC Network to deliver innovative Oracle solutions that meet client needs across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 14–20 years of experience required
• English fluency required (oral and written)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and business development for Oracle technology consulting
• Oversee installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products
• Drive growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into client value
• Maintain executive-level client relations and ensure high satisfaction
• Mentor future leaders and foster a collaborative environment
