PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Oracle Director to lead the Oracle technology consulting practice across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services. You will set strategic direction, manage multiple projects, and uphold PwC’s reputation with a focus on quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset.

You will drive business growth, mentor leaders, and collaborate across the PwC Network to deliver innovative Oracle solutions that meet client needs across geographies.

As an Oracle Director, you will lead the charge in utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies to optimize operational efficiency for our clients. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to enable seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive‑level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC’s reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 14 to 20 years of experience

• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
