Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking a senior Oracle integration architect to lead end‑to‑end integrations across ERP, SCM, and HCM in the Philippines.

You will design architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud and OCI services, develop complex OIC integrations, and ensure security and data privacy across enterprise systems. The role requires hands‑on delivery with 10+ years of Oracle integration experience, Oracle BI Publisher, HDL/FBDI, and experience with API governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on delivery experience with Oracle technical integrations and implementations.
• At least 3 end‑to‑end Oracle ERP technical implementations across ERP, SCM, and HCM.
• Deep proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related OCI services.
• Strong skills in REST / SOAP APIs, XSLT Mapping, XPath, and OIC Projects.
• Experience with OIC AI capabilities and complex integration patterns.
• Knowledge of OCI integration architectures using OCI API Gateway, Events, Object Storage, and Notifications.
• In‑depth Oracle BI Publisher, HDL, FBDI, and bulk‑load techniques.
• Security emphasis including OAuth 2.0, JWT, API policies, and data privacy.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Security and ERP/SaaS architecture.
• Proven ability to lead integration design, development, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end integration architectures using OIC.
• Implement synchronous, asynchronous, event‑driven, and batch orchestrations.
• Design reusable integration patterns and architectural standards.
• Develop complex OIC integrations across Oracle and non‑Oracle apps.
• Configure adapters (REST, SOAP, ERP/HCM, Kafka) and transformations (XML/JSON).
• Lead SIT/UAT, production deploys, and hypercare support.
• Troubleshoot performance and reliability, perform RCA, and optimize health.
• Provide technical leadership to integration teams and stakeholders.

Solutions Design & Architecture

• Define end‑to‑end integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Establish appropriate integration patterns, including synchronous, asynchronous, event‑driven, application‑driven, and scheduled/batch orchestrations.

• Define integration design principles, standards, and reusable architecture patterns.

• Design OCI‑based integration architectures leveraging services such as API Gateway, OCI Events, Object Storage, Notifications, and other PaaS capabilities.

• Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and data privacy standards.

Development & Configuration

• Build and deliver complex OIC integrations and orchestrations across Oracle and non‑Oracle applications.

• Configure and utilize a broad range of OIC adapters, including REST, SOAP, Oracle ERP/HCM, Kafka, and other relevant adapters.

• Design and implement complex transformations using XSLT, XPath, XML, and JSON.

• Configure OIC Projects and leverage OIC AI capabilities where appropriate.

• Develop and optimize PL/SQL solutions and utilize DBMS Cloud Jobs where required.

• Design integrations supporting Oracle SaaS business processes across ERP, SCM, and HCM.

Oracle SaaS & Technical Architecture

• Provide technical architecture expertise across Oracle SaaS solutions.

• Work with Oracle SaaS Technical Configuration, Groovy scripting, and SaaS customization.

• Apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security within relevant business domains.

• Design and support integrations involving Oracle SaaS applications and enterprise systems.

• Develop and support reporting and data extraction solutions using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.

• Design and implement Oracle bulk‑load solutions using HDL and FBDI.

Governance & Security

• Establish and enforce enterprise API contracts using OpenAPI Specification (OAS) 3.0.

• Implement and govern API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and appropriate security policies.

• Apply API governance practices including rate limiting and access controls.

• Enforce the use of private endpoints for integration connections where required.

• Ensure integration solutions comply with organizational security and data privacy standards.

Integration Delivery & Lifecycle Management

• Lead integration projects and enhancements through the full delivery lifecycle.

• Participate in requirements gathering and technical discovery workshops.

• Translate business processes and requirements into detailed technical specifications and architecture designs.

• Lead integration development, testing, deployment, and production implementation activities.

• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post‑production hypercare.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers and technical teams.

Technical Troubleshooting

• Triage and resolve complex integration and payload‑related errors.

• Troubleshoot integration performance bottlenecks and reliability issues.

• Perform detailed root‑cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions.

• Monitor integration health and identify opportunities for performance and architecture improvements.
