As an Oracle HCM Director, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Workforce Technology - Oracle HCM practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, inspire others to follow, and drive business growth by shaping client engagements and mentoring future leaders. • Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements

• Developing new ideas and solutions to enhance talent management and strategic human resource planning

What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 14 to 20 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
