Qualifications

As an Oracle HCM Director, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Workforce Technology - Oracle HCM practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, inspire others to follow, and drive business growth by shaping client engagements and mentoring future leaders. What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 14 to 20 years of experience
