Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Financial Manager to lead the finance team and drive end-to-end implementations. You will oversee key modules, mentor consultants, and develop strategic plans to optimize financial systems.

You will lead a team of functional consultants, collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive financial processes, and manage budgets, timelines and training efforts for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• More than 10 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• More than 5 years as a Functional Lead/Architect with Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in at least 3 Financial Modules and 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Develop strategic plans for financial systems deployment and enhancements.
• Oversee requirements gathering, gap analysis, and design solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure integrated financial processes.
• Ensure documentation such as fit gap and test scripts are maintained.
• Manage budgets and timelines for financial systems projects.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
