TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an Oracle Functional Financial Lead Assistant Manager in Makati for a hybrid, dayshift role. You will design and implement Oracle Fusion Financial modules, lead a team of consultants, and manage client-facing initiatives.

You will drive requirements, ensure rigorous documentation, and partner with stakeholders to deliver best practices across GL, AP, AR, and asset management in a complex deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 8–10 years hands-on Oracle Fusion Financial experience.
• Experience leading at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
• Experience designing integrations to/from Oracle Cloud with third-party systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, A/R, Asset Mgmt, Cash & Expenses).
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementations.
• Conduct requirements analysis with stakeholders and recommend best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional consultants.
• Create and maintain fit-gap docs, configurations, test scripts and end-user materials.
• Develop client-facing process-area solutions independently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.
