Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila invites an AES Oracle Finance Associate to join our Finance practice. You will support Oracle Financials configurations and maintenance, contributing to GL, AP, AR, and cash management activities within a diverse client portfolio.

You will gain hands-on experience across finance processes, requirement gathering, and finance transformation while collaborating with global teams. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Financials configuration and maintenance across GL, AP, AR, cash management, and R2R processes.
• Gather requirements, review finance workflows, and document functional findings for client projects.
• Assist with finance transformation and business process improvement using Oracle Financials knowledge.
• Interpret financial data and transactions to identify patterns, gaps, and discrepancies.
• Prepare materials for system testing, issue tracking, and implementation support under guidance from seniors.
• Collaborate with project teams to learn client processes and deliver dependable work products.
• Develop knowledge of accounting standards and firm guidance while applying independence requirements.
• Support user readiness by organizing system walkthroughs and training content.
