Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks an AES Oracle Finance Associate to support Oracle Financials configurations across GL, AP, AR, and cash management. You will gather requirements, document findings, and aid in finance transformation under senior guidance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years' experience, and strong written/spoken English. Oracle Cloud Certification is a plus; you will learn and contribute in a collaborative, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Financials configuration and maintenance across GL, AP, AR, cash management, and R2R processes.
• Gather requirements, review finance workflows, and document functional findings.
• Assist with finance transformation and business process improvements using Oracle Financials knowledge.
• Interpret financial data to identify patterns, data gaps, and discrepancies.
• Prepare materials for system testing, issue tracking, and implementation support under guidance.
• Collaborate with project teams to learn client processes and deliver dependable work.
• Support user readiness activities with training materials and reference content.
