Job summary

Philtech Inc. is seeking a senior Oracle ERP Financials Architect to define the end-to-end architecture for Oracle ERP Financials modules, ensuring data integrity and seamless integrations with Human Capital Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.

You will design and optimize core finance applications including GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Subledger Accounting and Tax, establish design governance, and guide development, testing, data migration and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• At least 3 End to End Implementations on Oracle ERP (Financials).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (Quote to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay).
• Familiarity with Oracle Integrations Cloud and Oracle Database.
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Define the end to end architecture for Oracle ERP Financials modules, ensuring seamless data flows and integrations with Human Capital Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
• Design and optimize the end to end architecture for core finance applications including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Subledger Accounting and Tax.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish design governance, ensure system designs support audit requirements and global/local financial regulations and enforce architecture standards.
• Development / Support Oversight: Guide development and support teams through configurations/changes, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration and cutover phases.
• Conduct user training and provide functional support for planning and budgeting cycles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and team leadership with the ability to present complex architectural designs to different teams.

Job description

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials ERP.


• At least 3 End to End Implementation experience on Oracle ERP (Financials).


• Strong understanding of accounting principles . Quote to Cash , Record to Report , Procure to Pay etc.


• Strong domain understanding of accounting principles , financials operations and reporting integrity.


• Knowledge on Oracle Integrations Cloud.


• Knowledge on Oracle Database.


• Familiarity with Oracle Configurations, FBDI (File- Based Data Import), OTBI , BI Publisher

Qualifications / Other Requirements

• Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum methodology


• Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities


• Oracle Cloud Certifications is a plus
