Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle CC&B solutions to support customer billing, meter-to-cash, and revenue processes.
• Configuring system components, workflows, and data structures to align with client operating requirements.
• Analyzing functional requirements and translating them into application design and configuration activities.
• Troubleshooting application issues, testing fixes, and validating outcomes across integrated business processes.
• Supporting client service delivery by managing assigned workstreams and tracking progress against project timelines.
• Preparing solution documentation, process maps, and test scripts for implementation and support activities.
• Reviewing data migration, interface behavior, and transaction processing to identify defects and process gaps.
• Collaborating with senior team members to interpret client needs, refine solution approaches, and guide junior staff
