What you’ll be doing
Conducting thorough eye examinations and vision tests to diagnose and treat various eye conditions
Prescribing and dispensing corrective lenses, such as eyeglasses and contact lenses
Managing the treatment of eye diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration
Educating patients on proper eye care, vision health, and the use of corrective devices
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements
What we’re looking for
A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
Current license to practice as an Optometrist in the Philippines
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong clinical skills and the ability to accurately diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
