Job summary

Vision Express – SM Cabanatuan is hiring a Customer Sales Associate to join our premium optical retail team. You will help customers choose eyewear and eye care products, provide personalized recommendations, and contribute to daily store operations in a busy retail environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales targets, and product knowledge. Training will be provided to ensure strong product understanding and excellent service delivery in-store.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• At least 3 months of sales experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm, friendly, and professional shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear, lenses, and other optical products.
• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and available services.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain attractive, organized, and properly presented merchandise displays.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and after-sales support.
• Support daily store operations and perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
