Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Calamba, Calabarzon seeks a Line Sustaining Technician (Ops1 TnF) to perform analysis, repair, and knowledge sharing on FT Line Sustaining activities within production environments, particularly on the Test shop floor.

The role emphasizes supporting line operations, budget control, and ongoing technical improvements while maintaining documentation, safety, and 5S practices to ensure steady FT KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• > Education / Experience: Any Technical Course, preferably Electrical/Mechanical Courses.
• > With 4 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment, at least 2 years in Final test.
• > SPC, FMEA, TPM and Problem Solving Tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and repair and share knowledge on FT Line Sustaining activities within production, including Test shop floor.
• Contribute to KPI/KBI targets through effective line sustaining support.
• Support budget management and cost control, and participate in technical improvements.
• Maintain documentation and control; uphold environment, safety and 5S practices.

Perform analysis and repair and shares knowledge on FT Line Sustaining activities within the framework of production encompassing Test shop floor in accordance to company guidelines and requirements, with the objective of providing utmost support to achieve FT operation’s KPI / KBI targets.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• This job requires the ffg minimum requirements :
• EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
• Any Technical Course, preferably Electrical/Mechanical Courses
• With 4 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment, at least 2 years in Final test.
• SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE :
• Statistical Process Control ( SPC ), FMEA, Error Proofing, TPM and Problem Solving Tools
• Computer Literate
• Test Procedures and General semiconductor product /application knowledge
• BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING :
• Basic understanding of semiconductor business industry
