Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Maintenance/Process technician to support Die attach machinery. You will participate in equipment setup, optimization, and minor repairs while driving improvements in OEE, MTBI, and cost performance. You will also manage vendor collaboration and standard maintenance tasks.

The role requires a BS ECE/ME degree, 2+ years in Die attach machines, and strong English business communication. Proficiency with Microsoft tools and basic quality methods is expected.

Qualifications

• BS ECE/ME degree required.
• At least 2 years' experience in Die attach machines.
• English business proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft tools.
• Knowledge of basic quality methodologies and OEE/MTBI practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle equipment set-up and conversion.
• Perform set-up optimization and minor repairs supporting Maintenance KPI (OEE, MTBI, Cost).
• Pursue special projects contributing to improvements in assigned areas.
• Maintain preventive maintenance of Die attach machines (ASM Die attach, ESEC Die attach, KnS FC bonders).
