Job summary

Citi in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Ops Sup Analyst 1 to provide non-voice operations support including sales support, MIS, Day 2 reviews, and record maintenance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• General knowledge of client reporting across the industry.
• Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries.
• Proven organization and time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and documentation of the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices.
• Provide regular status updates for all project participants and create presentations for steering committee updates.
• Work with Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology, advising on options, risks, costs, and timelines.
• Create and facilitate training sessions and write User Acceptance Test scripts and scenarios.
• Manage project plans and coordinate follow-ups across departments.
• Handle multiple projects focusing on regulatory client deliverables.
• Uphold client service standards and escalate control issues with transparency.
