Job summary

Responsibilities

• Setup of welders and machines and troubleshoot minor setup problems.
• Perform 6S activities pre- and post-shift, manually or semi-automatic.
• Conduct process monitors (visuals, SPC, sampling tests) per procedures.
• Handle computer transactions regarding details of the assigned station.
• Account for lot quantities and properly categorize rejected parts.
• Make decisions based on existing specifications and criteria.
• Perform other duties as needed and follow SOPs.
• Highlight issues that could affect safety, quality, or output during shift.
