Snappr is seeking an Operations Team Lead to guide a team of Photo Editors, drive KPI performance, and ensure efficient, high-quality output. The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration across departments, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You will mentor specialists, manage daily operations, and implement improvement plans to optimize workflows while maintaining strong communication with Senior Operations Manager and Head of Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Track record of running performance improvement plans.
• Proven experience in effectively managing and leading a team.
• Demonstrated experience in driving and achieving KPIs.
• Willingness to report onsite every day and work in a mid-shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to processes.
• Mentor a team of Specialists, providing guidance and support.
• Drive and monitor KPIs to meet targets.
• Design and implement performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication.
• Develop strategies to improve workflows and productivity.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Communicate with senior leaders to keep projects on track.
