Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Operations Support team to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and production to resolve operational needs.
• Provide daily operational support including order processing and inventory management.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to senior management when needed.
• Analyze processes and implement efficiency improvements.
• Oversee inventory levels and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Prepare reports on operations, performance, and resource use.
• Support customer service initiatives by aligning processes with customer needs.
