Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a Logistics Operations Associate in Metro Manila to support shipment processing and ensure data accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will handle pre-alerts, update databases, track milestones, and coordinate with Operations teams to resolve issues, ensuring timely and reliable deliveries.

The role requires a 4-year degree in logistics or a related field, plus experience in logistics/operations and strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course with preference for Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or operations is advantageous.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable with operational systems.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor incoming pre-alerts and shipment documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Encode and update shipment information in databases and operational systems.
• Prepare shipment records, Delivery Receipts (DR), and warehouse inbound transactions.
• Track and trace import and export shipments and monitor shipment milestones.
• Update shipment status and milestones in operational portals and systems.
• Monitor shipment movements and confirm actual arrival at the destination.
• Conduct regular system/data checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Operations teams regarding missing information, delays, and operational concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely shipment records and perform other operational tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
