Work Setup: On-site (open across Luzon - see available locations below)

Schedule: Day Shift (8 am-5 pm) Shift: Rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-paced service frontline/customer-facing or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
• Solid experience in operations management, process improvement, and staff development
• Excellent English communication skills
