Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations, ensure teams have tools and knowledge to deliver service.
• Ensure all processes, procedures, and policies are followed.
• Plan employee schedules and meet customer KPI requirements.
• Meet KPI’s and SLA’s for all teams
• Improve customer and employee satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the leadership team.
• Set employee goals, conduct performance reviews and provide development.
• Coordinate resource planning and allocate hardware/software.
• Review reports and advise senior leadership on efficiency improvements.

Job description

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day productivity of the Canon Asia Order Management group for CSG and CHK. This person will serve as a point of reference for customer processes and updates for the Inside sales, Sales & ME Billing, Sales Admin, Service billing and Contract Management Team.

Essential duties

Responsibilities will include:

• Supervise the daily operations, ensure that team members and team leaders have the tools and available knowledge to implement and provide exceptional service delivery in line with contractual obligations
• Responsible for ensuring all processes, procedures, company and client policies are implemented and adhered to
• Responsible for ensuring all employee schedules are planned and customer KPI requirements are met.
• Ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met for all teams
• Measure on improving both customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction
• Coach and develop the leadership team
• Establish employee goals, conduct performance reviews, coaching, and providing career development
• Coordinates facility resources through workforce planning and hardware and software allocation, implements operational procedures within facility ensuring all resources are managed effectively.
• Assesses production, profitability, resources and manpower reports, plans, program descriptions, etc. and makes recommendations to senior leadership on process efficiencies

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years solid experience in operations management and leading people
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent systems and process knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel /Google Spreadsheet.
• Experience in adding value to international growing organizations through proactive root cause analysis leading to optimal business performance.
• Must be self-directed, highly motivated, and organized, with strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.
