China Bank PH in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Staff (Treasury Operations - Fixed Income) to support the accurate processing, validation, and settlement of Fixed Income transactions. This role offers valuable exposure to treasury operations, financial markets transactions, internal controls, and banking processes while working closely with different stakeholders across the organization.

You will review trades, reconcile across treasury systems, prepare confirmations and settlement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related course, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• Internships or on-the-job training are advantageous.
• Experience in Treasury Operations, Finance, or basic Accounting is a plus.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear communicator who can work effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate Fixed Income transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Check trade documents and transaction details submitted by business units and partners.
• Reconcile transactions across internal and external treasury systems.
• Coordinate with branches, traders, and counterparties to resolve transaction issues.
• Prepare trade confirmations, settlement reports, and daily transaction monitoring reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit, reconciliation, and control purposes.
• Ensure all transactions are processed and settled on time per policies and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

• Check trade documents and transaction details submitted by business units and partners.

• Prepare trade confirmations, settlement reports, and daily transaction monitoring reports.

• Help ensure that all transactions are processed and settled on time while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
