The role requires being based in Manila with relocation support available to ease your move into the team and market.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy Product Manager to take full ownership of a specific product / store format / segment and run it like your own startup.

You'll lead growth, field ops, and tech delivery — turning hypotheses into products, and products into scaled success stories across the Philippines.

The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.

You Might Be Leading:

• Launching a new financing product
• Rolling out new store formats nationwide
• Scaling Salmon’s retail footprint by thousands of new locations
• Taking a segment from 0 1 100x
