Description

We are seeking a Franchise Accounting Assistant Manager to lead accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for our franchise operations. This role ensures accurate revenue recognition, timely collection of royalties and other franchise contributions, compliance with PFRS and BIR regulations, and seamless coordination between Head Office and franchise partners.

• Review, reconcile, and analyze franchise revenues and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting from franchisees.
• Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and BIR reporting support.
• Lead audit preparations and resolve findings from auditors and regulators.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Franchise Relations on financial matters.
• Strengthen internal controls to mitigate risks.

Requirements
