• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Manage end-to-end accounting of franchised stores (Royalties, franchise fees, and marketing fund contributions)
• Issue monthly franchisee financial statements and prepare settlement reports.
• Ensure timely financial reporting, in accordance with the accounting standards.
• Record inventory adjustments and losses, analyze stock variances, and strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risks.
• Monitor franchise financial performance (profitability, cost monitoring, compliance).
• Reconciliation of Royalties.
• Coordinate with franchisees on financial matters and queries.
• Ensure proper treatment of financial entries
• Maintain accurate franchise account balances (advances, deductions, and reimbursements)
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policy, tax regulations, and franchise financial terms
• Oversee tax-related matters affecting franchise operations, including VAT, withholding taxes, and BIR reporting support
• Supervise and train accounting assistants in handling franchise accounting transactions and franchise specific processes and reporting standards.
