Why Join NEPR?

Natural Elements Painting & Repair (NEPR) is a growing U.S.-based commercial and residential painting and repair company focused on quality service, strong relationships, and continuous improvement.

As we grow, we're looking for an Operations Manager / Integrator who can turn priorities into execution, bring structure to the organization, improve systems, hold people accountable, and make sure important initiatives get finished.

You’ll work closely with leadership while managing key administrative team members and coordinating priorities across the organization.

If you enjoy creating order, solving problems, developing people, improving systems, and turning ideas into measurable results, this could be an excellent fit.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager / Integrator will drive implementation, accountability, systems, financial administration oversight, and NEPR's operating rhythm.

You’ll directly supervise our Financial Admin and part‑time Implementation Admin while coordinating with Production, Sales, Estimating, and other team members on agreed projects, budgets, systems, and processes.

You’ll track commitments, identify problems early, facilitate meetings, manage quarterly priorities, oversee system implementations, improve processes, and ensure people follow through on agreed results.

Success means priorities get completed, systems remain reliable, accountability is clear, and less routine coordination and follow‑up falls back onto company leadership.

  • Review monthly P&Ls, budgets, billing, collections, spending, and project costs
  • Identify material budget variances and ensure corrective actions are assigned and completed

  • Follow up across the organization on agreed implementation, budget, and systems commitments
  • Escalate recurring accountability issues appropriately
Meetings & Issue Resolution
  • Own preparation, facilitation, documentation, and follow‑through for weekly company meetings
  • Lead structured 90‑minute leadership meetings
  • Ensure scorecards, priorities, implementation status, and key issues are ready for review
  • Facilitate problem‑solving to identify root causes and concrete solutions
  • Assign owners and deadlines and verify actions are completed
  • Help organize quarterly and annual reviews and planning sessions
Implementation & Project Management
  • Coordinate quarterly company priorities with clear owners, milestones, and deadlines
  • Own and maintain NEPR's implementation tracking system
  • Review progress weekly and address threatened deadlines early
  • Manage AI and automation initiatives with staff and technical providers
  • Manage Pipedrive and other CRM implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and rollout
  • Coordinate consultants and providers against approved scopes, budgets, and deadlines
  • Evaluate new initiatives based on strategic fit, profitability, resources, and effort
Systems, Processes & Training
  • Own the company's weekly Scorecard and ensure required metrics are accurate
  • Manage Pipedrive administration, workflows, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Manage Google Sheets used for dashboards, financial tracking, operational reporting, and implementation
  • Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, templates, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and training materials for key roles
