Job summary

MetroMart Technologies, Inc. in Makati is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and align teams with business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role in Metro Manila.

The position requires a strategic leader who can manage budgets, monitor KPIs, drive cost reductions, and partner with other departments to improve efficiency. Comprehensive HMO and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Knowledge of operational processes, systems, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate teams.
• Data analysis and KPI-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with ecommerce or internet retail operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational activities within the assigned business unit.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise operational teams for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, track expenditures.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
