Signify in Piła, Poland, is seeking an Operations Manager for 3D Printing to lead manufacturing performance and technology roadmap in 3D printing operations.

You will collaborate with global operations and R&D teams and oversee full SQDCM metrics, cost-down opportunities, and Lean program deployment to drive efficiency and quality across the production unit.

More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as aOperations Manger for 3D Printing in PILA (Poland).

As an Operations Manager you’ll be responsible to drive manufacturing results and technology roadmap in Piła, in close collaboration with the global operations and R&D teams of BU 3D.

You will be part of the global operations leadership team and have the opportunity to shape the future of luminaires manufacturing.

What challenges await you?

• Being responsible for the full SQDCM metrics for 3D printing in Piła.
• Acting as the single point of contact towards the global 3D operations team and the local management team
• Preparing manufacturing operation and investment plans.
• Defining and executing improvement plans towards defined performance measures. Implement the Lean program
• Managing projects including introduction of new products, processes and equipment, in line with product and technology roadmaps
• Managing P&L results for the 3D printing production unit. Identify and implement cost-down opportunities
• Supervising, selecting, developing, coaching and evaluating personnel to ensure effective and efficient manufacturing

• Ideally, you have experience with lean methodologies and manufacturing excellence programs.
