Centaur Chem Enterprise is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires expertise in chemical or industrial operations and hands-on work with hazardous chemicals, including ammonia.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with Safety Officers and department heads, and work on-site in Tanauan, Batangas, with initial training in Hagonoy,

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in operations management.
• Proven experience in chemical, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or related operations.
• Experience working with or managing operations involving hazardous chemicals.
• Ammonia handling/exposure experience is highly preferred.
• Must possess a valid OSH/Safety Officer Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety, risk management, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to work on-site in Tanauan, Batangas, with initial training to be conducted in Hagonoy, Taguig City.
• Willing to work on-site/in person.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily operational activities.
• Ensure operational targets, productivity, and quality standards are achieved.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, SOPs, and workflows.
• Monitor operational performance and resource utilization.
• Oversee the safe handling, storage, and use of ammonia and other chemicals.
• Lead risk assessments and monitor safety controls.
• Conduct incident reviews and support root-cause analysis.
• Develop and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate operations personnel.
• Prepare operational, safety, and performance reports.
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead initiatives focused on productivity, safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

DAILY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Management
