Job summary

Intelassist is seeking a seasoned operations leader in Eastwood, Quezon City. This role is 100% onsite with a night shift aligned to US time zones. You will manage day-to-day project execution, guide staff performance, and ensure timely client communications.

Onboarding and staffing coordination are essential, with a strong focus on quality control and team development. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BPO leadership, healthcare account experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a BPO.
• Must have Healthcare account experience.
• Onsite work in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City.
• Onboarding will be 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations and project execution.
• Develops and supervises project staff and processes.
• Ensures timely communication of client/account issues to Operations.
• Responsible for quality control of staff outputs.
• Monitors team performance and attendance.
• Prepares Start/End of Day reports and timesheets.
• Coaches staff and conducts regular feedback sessions.
• Evaluates performance of team members.
• Reports to Senior Operations Manager and US partners.
• Coordinates with Clients on staff relations and performance.
• Oversees onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Coordinates with Talent Acquisition on staffing.

Location:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages day to day operations and execution of all the projects
• Development and supervision of project staff and processes, fostering a high-performance team
• Ensures accurate and timely communication of client and account issues to Operations
• Responsible for quality control and checking of Staff's outputs under his supervision
• Keeps track of team members' performance and attendance
• Check, review and compile Start of Day and End of Day reports by all team members
• Check, review and compile Weekly and Monthly Timesheets of all team members and coordinate it with Accounting
• Create regular coaching, feedback session per team member
• Regularly evaluate team members' performance
• Reports daily to the Senior Operations Manager and US Based Business Partners for Client and account concerns
• Directly Coordinate with the Clients regarding staff relations and performance
• Responsible for Onboarding and Orientation of new hires.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team regarding Staffing

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership in BPO.
• Must have account Healthcare experience.
• Amenable to work in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City.
• Requires to be 100% Onsite during Onboarding.

• Fluent in English, articulate, and confident. Able to lead remotely and align with our fast-paced team.
• Proactive problem-solver who can recommend process improvements and think beyond the task at hand.
• Can troubleshoot Software and Project issues
