Job summary

CROSS-LINK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure projects adhere to approved plans, specifications, schedules and budgets, and lead the project team on site.

The role requires strong leadership, project planning, site coordination, risk management, and the ability to travel to project locations as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
• REE credential is highly preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects, site operations, manpower and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, electrical works, project planning and site coordination.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations and project activities.
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Supervise and coordinate project managers, engineers, site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards.
• Review project progress and address operational issues and delays.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review operational and project progress reports.
• Implement effective procedures to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to the operations team.
