Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course.
• Experience in operations, team management, training, or client services preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and process-improvement mindset; strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily client operations and employee concerns.
• Support management in planning and implementing operational strategies.
• Monitor efficiency and propose process improvements and streamlining initiatives.
• Create and implement cross-training programs to enhance workforce flexibility.
• Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• Monitor customer and client satisfaction across operations; address escalated concerns.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Mentor Team Leaders in performance, workload management, and leadership development.
• Prepare and implement training plans for new hires and trainees.
• Develop and update work instructions based on client stream processes.
• Assist in standardizing operational procedures and best practices.
• Support continuous learning and process improvement initiatives.
