Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field with more than seven years of experience (with at least two years of Progressive Management Experience) preferred
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff and drive performance improvements
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed
• Maximize revenue generation and manage staffing and budgeting to meet financial targets
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports and ensure policy compliance
• Attend business reviews with the client and drive continuous improvement across teams
• Handle a team of team leaders and supervise performance and development
