WNS is seeking a senior operations leader in Iloilo to manage a team of 15–20 Service Associates, ensuring top performance, productivity, and policy compliance. You will coach, conduct reviews, and partner with Operations and Client Leadership on reviews and improvements.

The role requires guiding daily operations, maintaining floor coverage, and communicating client requirements and company updates. You will drive engagement and support recruitment and special projects.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 8+ years experience in BPO, particularly in domain accounts.
• Experience leading large teams in BPO environments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures service levels, targets, and client requirements are met.
• Manages client relationships and provides regular performance updates.
• Analyzes performance and implements process improvements and action plans.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Drives team engagement through coaching, team-building, and recognition activities.
• Prepares performance dashboards, capacity reports, and other reports.
• Mentors and develops Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
• Manages priorities, delegates tasks, and ensures timely completion.
