AMTRAK MACHINERIES & EQUIPMENT OPC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations in Metro Manila. You will drive efficiency across sales, warehouse, delivery, and service, while implementing policies and workflows that align with company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid grasp of logistics, inventory, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse, inventory, sales, and logistics operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and handle field/operational concerns when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of sales, warehouse, delivery, service, and other operational activities.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflow improvements.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate employees across different operational departments.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, vehicles, and other company resources.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor operational costs and identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Handle operational issues, customer concerns, and other problems that may affect business operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of products, parts, machineries, and equipment.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety rules and applicable regulations.
• Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
