Job summary

Songon Food Corporation in the Philippines seeks an Admin & Inventory Assistant to oversee inventory, monitor consumption, and coordinate deliveries, while providing administrative support to the Training Center and branches.

You will ensure accurate tracking, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with suppliers, branches, and the commissary head, including handling petty cash and office supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and office administration.
• Ability to track daily/monthly consumptions and prepare reports.
• Strong coordination with branches and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: handle release of items requested by branches/outlets; track and prepare daily and monthly consumption reports; ensure accurate encoding of released and delivered items; monitor assets, breakages or losses.
• Supply & Delivery Coordination: track and monitor incoming deliveries from suppliers; cross-check delivered items with POs and invoices; release and replenish office and janitorial supplies; monitor ORCA system for releases.
• Repairs & Maintenance: coordinate monthly/quarterly repairs and maintenance for Training Center and branches; monitor progress and budget; liaise with suppliers/service providers; maintain a log of costs and service reports.
• Administration & Support: handle petty cash vouchers and replenishments; coordinate with suppliers; source equipment/office needs; coordinate permits with branches.
