You will implement maintenance strategies including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will inspect facilities, analyze data, conduct routine checks, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with departments to develop maintenance plans while ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in CDAS in-building maintenance.
• College graduate.
• Background in building infrastructure in wired and wireless.
• Ability to analyze information, diagnose problems, and develop solutions.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
