Job Purpose:

The Operations Excellence Specialist is responsible for identifying and implementing improvement and transformation projects across the organization, using a combination of analytical, business, and operational techniques to improve overall operational effectiveness and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement cross‑functional improvement and transformation initiatives
• Applying a mix of methodologies and approaches such as Operations Research, Lean and Six Sigma, business process management, data and financial analysis, project and change management, and digital enablement tools
• Optimize business and operational processes to drive revenue generation, cost optimization, or cost avoidance, improving overall profitability
• Improve end‑to‑end process performance, productivity, and key enterprise performance metrics
• Support improvements in distribution and service networks, including Order‑to‑Delivery (OTD) lead times, inventory, and stocking levels
• Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement through project execution, best practice standardization, and data‑driven decision‑making
