Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that inform business decisions. You will analyze large datasets, build BI reports, and work with stakeholders to optimize processes and strategies.

You should have 2+ years in data analysis or BI, a related degree, and strong English communication. The role offers opportunities to contribute to data warehousing and analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• B2 oral and written English.
• Expertise in data modeling, database technologies, and usage of business intelligence technologies and tools.
• General knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, and statistical analysis.
• General understanding of business processes and objectives to align business intelligence to strategic goals.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and patterns.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non technical stakeholders.
• Ability to solve complex problems, taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
